    On 7 October 2016, the Court of Appeal released its judgment in the case of Lock v British Gas Trading Limited.  Lock is part of a series of cases relating to holiday pay for the 4 week period of minimum holiday under the Working Time Regulations. It deals with whether results-based commission should be included and if so, how holiday pay should then be calculated.
